Costume for a heaven and hell cocktail party?

I%26#039;m going to a heaven and hell cocktail party and am unsure if what I have planned is appropriate.


I am going to buy red devil horns from a store and wear those. I also have a cute black cocktail dress with i think its called hankerchief hemming on the bottom so its all choppy and triangular kinda like flames. I was going to buy some red yellow and orange ribbon from the store and sew that to the edges of the dress and make it look like fire. I also have black strappy heels and was going to use the same ribbon to tie up my legs like those shoes that have the long straps for doing that for real also add a red feather boa or something like that. Any ideas on how i can make this look better or something else I could do that would look better?
